3. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the required details. We will forward it and, where appropriate, restore the material.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
